A land of culture and agriculture, the route winds through historic buildings and ancient streets, visiting the seventeenth century church of Santa Maria in Visita ai Poveri, which is totally historiated, visit the Ottavian castle or the Palazzo Mediceo, a unique southern residence of the de Medici family of Florence and now the headquarters of the Vesuvius National Park. Wine tasting at the Palazzo Medici of Lacryma Christi red and white produced by the farms of the VESUVIAN WINE AND TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS ROUTE.

How to find us: From Naples, Ottaviano is easily to reach.NA-BA motorway Pomigliano exit, follow signs to Hotel Augustus (it is in the centre of Ottaviano and is indicated from the toll exit and along the main roads) take the SS 268. From the Vesuvian towns, also from Naples exiting from the ring road at Corso Malta, take the 268 Comuni Vesuviani state highway, Cercola deviation, follow signs for Ottaviano centro exit, then follow signs for Parco Nazionale del Vesuvio, as far as the last car park on via Panoramica, also known as via Valle delle Delizie.
